Think different- Beat Muscle Stiffness and Soreness

You've felt it before and,if you're doing things right now, you feel it again. Try a stretch class or assisted stretch session with a Stretch and Heal Coach. Maybe your body has gotten lazy. Stretching lengthens and strengthens muscles, reduces pressure on your spine, disk and joints to ease and prevent pain.  Research has shown that back pain patients who stretch as part if their treatment fare better than those who rely solely on anti- inflammatory medication.
