Think different about stretching
Whether you want be able to bend over and inspect your shoes, want to improve performance overall or simply need to reduce stiffened, stretching could be your answer. To most fitness, wellness participants, a stretching class or assisted stretch session are equivalent to sitting on a park bench, or they think of it as something to do after their workout or training.
